    Default Players fault

We were doing fine with 20 mins gone. Problem was after this we ended up playing hoofball, for no discernible reason, backline whacking it to the front rather than from the back, bypassing FIVE MEN for one up front and just giving them the ball.

Everything that has made us good this season we didn't do. Newcastle were clinical but anyone could have done us today. Players, many of them young, just lost their heads, shooting from anywhere, not passing, unnecessary tackles.
Even big Jon Mensah lost it. Bent, Gyan and Bardlesy and then Kieron were the only ones thinking about what they were doing, clearly.

If we play like that rest of season we'll go down no bother...BUT it's one match bad and seven good so reckon it was just a bad day at the office.

Clearly Bruce watched the Arsenal game, saw that really high line that Newcastle played and how they were punished for it and tried to sit back so we could do the same but it simply never worked.
