    Default Losing the gut

Since the beginning of may I have been on a weight loss mission. I sorted out my diet and joined the gym.

Since I started I have lost around a stone and a half, and about 3 inches off my waist, however, I seem to be losing weight from everywhere except my kite.

Any gut-specific exercises I can do?

you could always try liposuction ... some bloke in London had it done on a dinnertime and went back to work with a 6pack iirc.

I just do sit-ups in the morning and tense me stomach a lot .. I now have a very faint outline of abs

You cant spot diet. The fat comes off wherever , specific exercises dont do anything. Just keep losing the weight and it will go eventually

iirc you have to have below 13% body fat to show abs/6 pack, could be a lie though?

In all seriousness it's a lot you have lost in a few months, keep going and you will be like me soon.

It is bound to slow down though, and I imagine becomes harder to lose as your weight drops.

am just guessing like cos I'm slim as owt.

I have some class photos of you for the before & after photos ;)
