    Default the pancake house in durham

    anyone been?
    christ on a bike its fantastic
    just got back and had a bacon with leek and blue cheese pancake
    spot on
    wanted to cry when i was eating it it was that nice
    felt like really breaking down

    yep! next door to the elm tree
    pancakes were £7.65 for a savoury one ( get a lush bowla salad n all )
    or £5.55 for a sweet one
    you can get half of each for a certain price n all i think
    absoloutley scrummy

    decent margin there mate. might suggest it to me mate, h's looking for a culinary concept for his lazy ne'erdowell stepson. he was thinking about a cafe/takeaway that only does eggs. good margins on eggs mate

    What type of eggs mate, prices vary. Battery eggs from chickens you could make a lot of money on mate.

    Quail would give you less margin for profit mate.
