I wouldn't want any other two people spearheading our player recruitment drive these 10 last days of the Jan window. I'm eager as anyone to find out who we'll get in but I trust these two footie men with my footie life and I'm certain they'll do everything they can - which hasn't been too shabby so far - within the means of the club.

Despite spending a few hours too much on newsnow on a daily basis I'm sitting fairly calm in the boat knowing the club in my heart couldn't be in better hands. That's all, just sending some appreciation to il salvatore NQ and his sidekick SB.

Who knows, perhaps they visit (esp Niall) here every now and then as well... maybe this post will convince them that their work is worth it

I cringed watching that idiot Frenchman at Villa telling the world's press that his new signing which his club had just spunked a potential 24 million on would probably score on his debut.

'No pressure' he said as DB slid down in his chair. What a knacker.

I think Brucey and Quinn should be a little more selective about what they say to the press sometimes but overall, I can't grumble at all about the way those two conduct themselves and the decisions they make.
