If its city then its fucking double that price, why would we sell him for a shitty £4m profit as no doubt alot of addons have already been activated by the season hes had.

Got to wonder where they pull these stories from. Not an iota of truth in it.
Offer 30m you'd have to seriously consider it. Every player has his price despite how unpalatable that truth is to many.
Besides I suspect that Citeh will be looking at better than Bent, because truth be told I doubt he'd displace either of Tevez or Adebayor.
They'll be afterthe likes of Torres, Drogba or dare I say it Rooney. If they offered 100m for Rooney, I doubt the Glazers could resist it, despite any protestations SAF would make. 100m is chickenfeed to that lot in their pursuit of a CL place and ultimate CL glory.

Take the cash and move on. We are a mid table club and everybody will have a price tag.

I agree, that Bent is not what Man City will be looking for.

If Man City want him then we should be able to get £40m! If Lescott was £24m, then surely somebody who has Bent's goalscoring record and in our team can score over 20 goals should command a ridiculous fee.

What a goal scorer, fucking hell who needs one of those eh. It would be scary to think how many goals he could get in a club like city with the service.

Man City are going to be linked with just about every decent striker, midfielder etc this Summer. Their transfer rumours list will dwarf ours as will their transfer budget. Can't see this one being true.
