1973 song help
Watched something a while ago (could have been 'Meanwhile back in Sunderland') and there was a song being sung by some fellas in a boozer. It was a version of 'Part of the union' by the Strawbs (released in 1973). My question is was it a song just made up by these fellas or a proper Sunderland song. Words I remember are 'Leeds Stink' & something along the lines of 'You won't get bitter barred at the Roker' - possibly a pisstake at Leeds as IMSC they were the first club to ban booze at the ground.
Anyone?
