1973 song help
Watched something a while ago (could have been 'Meanwhile back in Sunderland') and there was a song being sung by some fellas in a boozer. It was a version of 'Part of the union' by the Strawbs (released in 1973). My question is was it a song just made up by these fellas or a proper Sunderland song. Words I remember are 'Leeds Stink' & something along the lines of 'You won't get bitter barred at the Roker' - possibly a pisstake at Leeds as IMSC they were the first club to ban booze at the ground.
He basically was socially awkward but not to the degree that would warrant suspicion of mass murder or any atrocity of this magnitude..scorpion kick becomes subbuteo model.
