Okay, I love MON as much as anyone
And I can't deny what he's done for the club, it's been brilliant.
But West Brom, Blackburn, Everton in the cup and today. 4 absolutely woeful performances and not acceptable at all. It's like something from the 15 or 19 point seasons.
If we lost, I wouldn't be happy but I'd get over it. But the total capitulation is simply embarassing. Some people might say we're not that good. I disagree. And we're certainly not that bad.
MON has to take some of the blame, especially since motivation is supposed to be his strongest point. And tactically, he got it completely wrong today, playing Sess up front on his own doesn't work, has never worked and never will work. It just gives the opposition possession for the entire game and makes it impossible to create any chance. Did we have one proper chance today? I don't think so.
Sort it out, MON, it's not good enough.

Not to mention our passing game and possession keeping is generally abysmal no matter what game/opposition.

Team selection and subs. He's shuffler players all over the park. No wonder they look lost.

But we are able to pass when we try. We did it against City, against Norwich/QPR.

There's only one change from the team against Spurs and that was a good performance.

He can only work with what he has got. He inherited several average players and has motivated them to play above themselves, but that can only last so long.
Judge him in a couple of years.

He appears to subconciously fear Moyes. We dont do timidity at this club and unless he can get over it our revolution is lost.

I know people say that but it is true that we never lost by more than 1 goal under Bruce.
MON might be getting them to play above themselves in general but they are nowhere near as bad as they're playing today.
