Game series you love

for me it would be either Hitman, Final Fantasy or Brothers in Arms....without a doubt imo the best WW2 war games made, possibly the only time when playing a game ive truly related to the characters and gave a toss about them and thought...fuck me!
i also loved Hells Highway when you see Leggets ghost everywhere...almost to symbolize that war is stretching you to the brink of insanity, subtle things like that make the game for me
i love war games particularly ones based around the 101st airborne

Played every one, cant remember much of the story line but every game in the series got better. Pandora Tomorrow is still decent to play on my 360.

Love Call of Duty games. Although I wasn't too fussed on World at War and CoD3, but they weren't made by IW anyway.

Forza Motorsport. It's just class.

Gran Turismo. See above.

Project Gotham Racing/Metropolitan Street Racer (very much PGR1 for the Dreamcast). Shame Bizarre Creations have left Microsoft. Blur looks fucking shite.

Mass Effect 1 was brilliant, so I can already tell i'll love the next two

PGR is the only racing game I'm any good at. Was going to try the new NFS but read that the learning curve was steep so didn't bother......

RE4 was great IMHO, though not as good as 2, 5 was quite average though and a big disappointment.

The Fallout games, class from day 1 and get better each release (which cant be said of many games).

Championship/Footy Manager - have to buy the new one each year, just cant help myself. Tho I usually get bored after a few months now. Its also slowly losing its appeal and seems to be getting worse with so many players to try and scout it ends up with some bizzare players being better than Messi etc..

Fifa. That's it. Fifa. Have been playing since the original on Megadrive. Own them all the way back to 1996 (on the N64). Had a night a few months ago playing them in chronological order. Boy, did it suck until Fifa 2007.

I always spend loads of money on games that I think look good when I'm in the shop but then I end up playing for 2 hours and never go back to. Bioshock, Fallout 3, Metal Gear, etc. Games that everybody rates as classics, but I am so shit at that I just get frustrated and turn them off. Great way to spend £40!
