Anyone got any experiences in these?

I'm absoulting dreading it!
Can anyone put my mind at ease & explain what the evaluator is looking for

Make sure you tell them every little shit job you do even if it's once a year you do it. They are probably looking to reduce your pay.

A random meeting with HR just never sounds good. Probably looking at ways of cutting costs, maybe seeing if there are any staff they can let go.

Basically, sell yourself like its a job interview.

Am I trying to explain the job role. List all the tasks involved or show how I'm good for the role (if that makes sense)

Why you're really fucking good at the job and they should pay you more for it.

If that's not possible, just avoid the questions. "Well, why do you think you're good at your job?" etc
