...up until penalty it was an even game. After L'pool went 1 up we were admittedly bereft of ideas, there was only ever going to be 1 result. The penalty, the rugby "advantage" rule & the red card were to be generous "dubious". Sky will never dare analyse "Big Team Bias" from refs, but Carragher should not have been on the pitch from last week, Suarez appears to play without studs, he fell ower that much & we will never ever get Europe as long as the ball is round.

Need some fire upfront mind

They were shocking today, the referee gave the correct decisions for the penalty and the sending off but allowed the linesman to overrule him.

That playing advantage decision was fucking terrible.

It's ok tho cos we scored off a beach ball last season. Liverpool are allowed all the stupid decisions they like to make up for that.

The one where he gave the advantage and the freekick was just plain embarrassing. I can understand officials getting split-second decisions wrong but this was a referee who didn't even understand the rules of the game. Completely unexcuseable.

I have never seen any referee play advantage to the degree that the team has a shot and then after the shot to call play back so they can have another shot.

Another shocking bit of refereeing was when Lucas had the ball, Steed ran in front of him, took the ball and the ref gave Liverpool a freekick.

We were outplaying them until the penalty, the constant niggling fouls the ref Allowed Liverpool to get away with and the fact that any physical from us and he blew up for it, changed the game in Liverpool's favour, this type of unbalance refereeing has swung most games we've played recently, Sky Don't want riff raff like us anywhere near the top
of the division, it doesn't help their bank ballance.
