SMB Text Tips

Some right clever bastards on here who know how to do things like post pictures, type in big letters/different colours etc. It would be helpful if such people could pass on their knowledge to those not in the know.

This thread can then be forwarded, saves people having to type the same thing over and over.

I'll start:

To post pictures:
[IMG](insert internet picture address)[/IMG]
(to obtain Picture Address, right click selected picture - select properties - copy and paste address).

To type text in black
Control+B - Insert word between square boxes

To underline text
Control+U - Insert word between square boxes

Alternatively you could just use the little symbols at the top.

Go to "user CP" then "edit options" and change your Message Editor Interface to "Enhanced Interface - full WYSIWYG Editing".

You'll then have a load of icons above your text box, and it's easier clicking on those than remembering tag codes. Hover your mouse over each icon if you don't know what they do.

I haven't got those symbols mate. Just a blank text box
