    Default Milk

    Great for bulking.

Protip. Stick to full fat variety. Semi / skimmed varieties have to go through the pasteurisation stage more than once so require adding sugar to the process.

We all know that added sugar that is unnecessary will turn to fat if not burned off.

Whereas the fat taken from milk is full of vitamins and is extremely good for you.

Or just put cheese on just about everything.

A bonus being that you can get unpasteurised cheese rather more easily than unpasteurised milk.

How does this differ to the same amount of calories from a complex carbohydrate/fat/protein?
