Anyone on here took it for the gym? ECA Stack etc?

Done the Ephedrine, caffiene, asprin stack for about 3 months, 3 years ago when i was 20 before i went to Ibiza.

It works really well... you could start to see my abs a bit (which is a miracle considering the amount of beer I drink) and my upper body muscles looked much more defined.

It fucks with your heart though and at one point in scared me so much I wont take it again.

A couple of ephedrine before you go to the gym and you train like mad, they supress your appetite and can give you the shakes like..took them before but wouldnt again.

Took it for a while to aid weight loss to cut my appitite, worked a treat, came down from 17 clem to about 15 in a couple of months without training.

However it got to the point after heavy nights out and we'd done in the stash and drink that we would neck handfulls of them to get a buzz!

Our lass tried them once and had to knock them on teh head after a day, as they scared the shit out of her.

it used to be clenbuterol/spiropent that was the best for 'leaning out' but it seems to have disappeared off the market

If you want the bulky upper arms meat headish look why not just do the work to egt it instead fo pumping loads of shit into your system.

i used to take these now and again, but after feeling my heart jump all over the place never again

basically because they want it NOW and not in the years it takes.been training for 35+ years and seen all the fads come and go.
