    So then:

We've got Arsenal in the Prem and Arsenal in the next round. I don't think we can beat them twice, but IMO the best scenario would be a loss this weekend -- do our homework -- and then beat them in the next round.

I'd trade a Prem loss for an FA Cup win, defo.

Couldn't possibly win both, could we?

    Could we?

Of course, with O'Neill anything is possible.

The first one's going to be hard. We looked buggered at the start last night, and then played 120 mins of fast paced cup tie.

Arsenal have 3 games in a week.

If you look at where the priorities will lie the FACUP will be bottom.

Fourth place is there for the taking, Chelsea are poor, they can be caught and then some.

Then Champions League glory is hard to resist.

I'd be very very suprised if they play their first time in the FA cup.

Id say Van Persie won't play this game.

A long trip to Milan on the Wednesday, hopefully with snow, delayed flights, couple of injuries to contend with too!

Would love a point or better on Saturday, but would prefer to win the FA Cup tie, and get to the quarters, which as said in a previous post will be their 3rd choice comp.

    Que Sera Sera!

Starting to check out flights already!

I think that is the majority opinion too. When MON's unbeaten home record comes to an end, I would rather it be against a team like Arsenal than one of the stragglers.

It won't come to an end this weekend, or the next. We'll beat them - twice.
