    Default Running with weights

Does anyone do it? I ran to the gym and back today wearing a backpack with a change of clothes and things in, and my legs are on fire now (might not have helped that I went spinning yesterday!)

I'm not sure if it would be a benefit or if it would just ruin my running style and lead to back/posture problems.

When I was training for the paras I used to run with housebricks in a backpack.
