anyone know what the best rates available are?
wondering if theres a better deal than 1k plus VAT and 250.00 up front?

Spoke to a couple lately. Was thinking of putting a flat up for sale.
Pattinson were flat rate of £2250  Pallas were £1100 + vat. Looked at putting it in at auction but charges were too high for my liking. Pattinson - £650 + vat for entry into auctions, then £3000 + vat on sale. Andrew Craig - free entry into auctions, £3600 + vat upon sale.

Pay nowt up front. Sunderland estate agents are all shite. Peter Heron have done decent by me mind.
I don't know how Pattinnson are still in business.
