Derm is certainly not a Cnut of any order high or low.I'm his agent for his after dinner work and you couldn't meet a nicer bloke. He IS opinionated but it seems to me that the referees union tend to stick together.

I think a lot of people get mixed up with phrases 'I can understand why he sent him off' and ' He got that 100% right'

He does indeed, whete he excels is that he's a bice bloke unlike the afore mentioned Jeff Winter. Derm has some great stories

Jeez. We even blame refs who haven't been in the game for years.

Turnung into a right buch of "ref whingers". The blame lays firstly & foremostly with the players & manager for bad results / performances.

Every team gets shite decisions at one time or another during the season. We also benefit from some bad decisions nthe opposition receive.

Time to grow-up and stop moaning.
