    Default Durham Bede's Chalice ale

    My mate was at the Great British Beer Festival at Earls Court London last week and said that the Bede's Chalice ale, 9% was excellent.

    Anyone on here samped it ?

    there's a real ale festival in Staindrop end of month if ya fancy it!

    looking to pop over myself .. or failing that, theres one in Darlo in September!?

    just looking at their website, they even do a 10%!

    Brewery is at Bowburn and if any consett lads are reading this you can buy it at that farm shop at delves lane.

    You can buy a 5L keg of some of their beer direct from the brewery.

    4 actually Magus, Three Lions, Evensong & White Amarillo. Though for some reason you can't order them as separates.

    I just called into the brewery one day when I got a cask of Magus. Might be a better bet than ordering online.
