    Default Anyone interested in old photographs?

    If so, have a look at Shorpy's pages.

    Hundreds of pages of photographs, many dating back to the 1800's. It's a US site but that doesn't detract from the interest for me. I actually looked up a few of the locations on Google Street View to see how much has changed.

    the local weatherspoons has pictures taken from 50 or more years ago, never tire of looking at them

    a local high street c.1900 shop windows are so different now, other things remain the same.........

    Yip, probably my favourite photo site ever. You just cannot beat a 5x4 Kodachrome. With anything.
