Default Bramble - sensible views from mags

I play golf each weekend with 3 mags. All have been season ticket holders for a long time at scumcastle including all of Brambles home games and before Keegan years. So have seen a lot of different centre backs playing for them.

Last weekend after the initial taking the piss over a few beers all of them agreed that at £1m he was a real bargain and they would take him back like a shot.

All agreed he was far better bet than campbell and over the last 2 years at Wigan he had been outstanding and was one of the most consistent centre backs in the premier league. They would swap him for any of their CB;s.

All sounds good to me, and IMHO we need to get off his back before he's even kicked a ball.

You'll find mate that the majority of people who do get on his back are the that don't attend Sunderland games at all or that regularly or the odd excited kid off school for 6 weeks finding out he can make a cock of himself by hammering the keyboard.

I can see him and Turner getting a few goals this season off corners. He could prove to be a great threat in the opponents box.

If he scored against the mags at home I thing the place would gan into absolute pandemonium especially if it was a last minute winner.

    Would be so sweet

Got to get the delivery right for that! Turner looked a threat in his first few games for the club but our quality of set-piece rapidly went down hill!

They are saying that to your face while laughing (about the own goal he is bound to score in the derby) behind your back.
