Just had it 5 days, the scroll up and down functions have stopped working, any ideas!!!!
Using the latest Firefox.

Try downloading/updating your keyboard drivers but otherwise assuming you bought it new its still under warranty so take it back

(having wiped all your porn off first obviously).

Mine does the same some times then works fine.

Not too bad thanks,getting there, still waiting for my pipework to be re-connected, gained 5kg in the last few weeks, a good sign I hope.

Since I put Win 7 on mine, I haven't had the "Right Hand side of the pad is a scroll bar" function, as I tried to install as few of the Acer tools as possible.

So it could well be that, as mentioned above.
