    Default cold sores

    any tips for getting rid once they are here? Woke up yesterday morning looking like the elephant man with loads on face. too late to prevent so wanting to get rid asap. Not a good look but to be fair at work today kids were actually sympathetic

    Too late now but infared cold sore killers are great if you use it early. Shingles tablets are the answer to preventing them in the first place.

    Zovirax used for a few days to a week, should help get rid of it/them.

    aciclovir cream (check with the chemist) is the daddy

    vit B / C / zinc supplement may help too (are you vegan/veggie IIRC ?)

    yeah vegan, have some vitiman b which I should start taking again
