interviewed after the liverpool home match, came up with a classic error?
when asked about being picked for england, he stated "all he could do was keep scoring for CHARLTON and see what happened from there? he made a funny face, then laughed, realised his clanger and probably knew he would get a bit of jokey flak.

yeah i had a laugh when i watched it the other night. bruce showed his geordie side in his interview by saying there were 55k in attendence
