Computer Virus Help Needed La

Reet Papa Skella opened an email sayin 'your parcel has been sent back' he opened it and windows defender popped up sayin had to restart ya computer! Wen he restarted it it came up sayin he had a 'trojan'. Now wen ya put the laptop on, its a clear orange screen then this Palladium security solution' pops up and there's nee way of gettin it off!!

Anyone in the nar help Papa Skella afor a lash him with me belt la??

can you boot into safe mode, otherwise just format. these DIY virus writers are blooming getting tricky now about 30 enties in me start up file. I have my setup so I have 3/4 boots / (diff window systems) so if out goes wrong I can select anoher and have partition backed up to external hard drive.

went to a house otherday and the virus had got the routers password and everything and placed file on desktop with all this info and NO one in house knew out about it hmmmmmmmmm (well it keeps me in beer)
