Last night, felt it pull while runnin playing basketball..
Need to be fit for Sunday for a cup final. Any advice for quick healing wise SMB ? |

ice bath for any muscle damage so they say as quick as you can at least ten mins soaking

I doubt it like, but Ibuprofen, Ice and heat..rest and stretching after heat

As already posted. Loads of light stretching as well! Pulled mine loads of times ( and my hamstring fner fner )
