Default Isthere a central heating engineer in the house?

Need to pick someones brains. I have one downstairs radiator that is refusing to heat up at all. All the rest are working fine. Ive tried bleeding the radiator in question but is full of water under pressure. Any advice greatfully received.

I am NOT an engineer but have had problems of late, suffering from "greedy radiator" syndrome.
You could try turning all the working ones off then see if the broken one heats up. Then if it does, "balance them out" by trail and error, to see what needs to be set where to get them all on.

If this is happening then your boiler isn't rated to run the amount of radiators youv'e got running.
