    Default Eating burnt food.

Do you eat burnt food and where is your threashold of it's too overdone and burnt to eat it?

Is the carbon any good for you in burnt food? I have just demolished two burnt Linda Mccartney sausage rolls (wrong oven setting) the insides were perfectly fine, so very eatable after scraping off most of the burn't outside.

Burnt toast is meant to be good for you I once heard?(and give you curly hair).
