My mam brought back a cappucino maker from spain a few years ago and it was a silver container with a handle on the top. You would put warm milk into it and do a plunging motion as fast as you can for about 30 seconds and it created the best drink ever!

Shame my mam flung it out recently!

If you're going to be following my curry recipes then you could do with an electric spice mill.

Otherwise - I like my steamer. Veg tastes lovely out of it, especially if you add some herbs to the infuser.

Or if you're a fat bastard.

You can put most things in the cooking end that you'd normally stick on a hob, makes perfect poached egg like.
