really depends on your running style and gate. minimal shoes are great but in general terms they are best for forefoot / midfoot strikers who have a high cadence / soft feet type style. i would have nee heals left after about 100yds if i tried them.
Start fitness (durham / newcastle) or sweatshop (metro centre) are your best bet locally mate. Get some gate analysis done and see how you go from there - it costs nowt and only takes 10 mins - you should always try them on and run in them before you buy so these are your best bet..
