Default Best food for upset stomach?

I had a dodgy stomach/diarrhea last week from Wednesday to Saturday, it's got better now but I'm struggling to find interesting meals until my appetite has returned.

So far I'm sticking to the BRAT diet:

    Banana.
    Rice/rice cakes.
Apple - got some apple purée baby food at dinner!
    Toast.

I'm eating some cooked chicken now and it seems OK too. I've had a packet of plain crisps earlier and that hasn't had any reaction.

So is there anything else that I can add as I can't face eating this for the next few days?

It has also made me realise how much rubbish I was eating before without realising it - especially chocolate and sugar in cups of tea.
