the 5/4gs should be out this year no point imo in getting the 4 which is already a year old.

I would wait until Apple bring out a phone that you can get a decent signal on and the blutooth actually works...

Mines up in august. Am I right in thinking the 5 is out in September ? Also, if I upgrade to a 5 do I have to pay for it or get a free upgrade ? Also, if I upgrade do I get to keep my phone I have at the minute (iPhone 16gb 3GS) and how much would I get for selling it ?!

possibly October, have also heard next year.

More than likely pay unless you pay a hefty amount each month..
you keep the old phone which if you sell will cover the cost of the new one.
