Don't be daft, you can get decent Charlie up here in minutes, weed in seconds , same with phet.

however i found out the other night that an actress who lives two minutes from me was caught with aloft full of weed a couple of years ago

We had a bloke from Durham caught recently, the police spotted whole plants hanging from the boot of his car .
I guess he took testing a product a bit too far, they also traced him back to a regular farm and found 4000 plants growing in the barn,Doh!
