Go on then, let's your reasonable expectation for the new season
Mine, well I would be happy with 8th to 12th, looking to raise the bar another notch next season.
Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, Man City, Villa, Everton will, no doubt, be the teams that will set the running at the top of the table. I guess that if if we can hit the ground running and Steve Bruce can get some real team spirit going we might give Villa and Everton a bit of a run, or am I suffering from maggot delusion.
Haway then stick ya neck on the line, set the target.

Re: Go on then, let's your reasonable expectation for the new season
With what we've currently got (squad wise, we're down on the end of last season & we were parchment thin as it was!) we'll struggle again. Hope we stay up. I'll be overjoyed with 17th.

I'd be delighted with top half, looking at the current squad.

Re: Go on then, let's your reasonable expectation for the new season
Ellis, Bruce and Quinn were aiming for 10th last year. It would be a very rum do if they weren't aiming higher this year, so their target must be between 7-10, so I think that should be our expectation too.

The problem is, Titus ain't gonna get pulses racing. Well not for the right reasons anyway.
A Marquee signing would pack 'em in at the SoL & set us all alight with a bit of hope & optimism. It's all a bit drab and underwhelming atm.

Quinn and Short might have been aiming for 10th last year, and similar this year, but until we make a couple more quality additions (which i admit could happen) i dont see anything more than about 15th.
