I assume you just don't see the posts from said blocked person. Dunno about if anyone quotes the blocked person like.

It happens within any thread. It'll display a message saying that you have the user on ignore so their post is hidden.

However, if someone quotes them, you can see the quote.

I'd feel like I'd be missing out on something, why do people do it, I suppose if someone does ignore you it's classed as a victory in my eyes.
