I'm going to knock one up tonight, will it be alright to bang the leftovers in a bait box and heat up tomorrow?

Don't wanna end up giving myself food poisoning

Cod, some massive tiger prawns and salmon

Also bought some perch but never had it before? It was cheap so thought i'd hoy some of that in too.

Grated cheese, carrot, red pepper, celery. Chopped parsley and tomatoes bash all of it about in oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover with spuds, drizzle with olive oil, bang in the oven for 40 mins - no pre cooking apart from the spuds - D-LISH!

And aye, you can have some no bother - should only take you 8hrs to get here

I prefer smoked haddock, salmon, cod and some prawns and the mash has to be as buttery as you can stand :)

perch is lovely and not much eaten in this country but the aussies love it as an eating fish
