The windows 7 problem, go to control panel>system, you'll see an option at the bottom to reactivate windows.
The windows xp issue, you can't get key from the cd due to encryption, if you manage to install it but it's now saying it's not genuine there's way to remove the popups but you'll have to google it. If it's not booting it could be a problem with the boot record. If you load the xp cd on startup you can repair ye boot record, it'll loaf what's called the recovery console and if you type fixmbr it'll fix it hopefully.
