Not yet. But by now i would have had a few bottles, probaly six before i ear then wine felt dreadful yesterday, absolutly dreadful, still do not feel right but no cravings....happy time so far

If you have been doing that most days it will take a bit of adjustment but every day will allow your body to adjust more on a cellular level I did 10 years off it once.

I had a fotnight off the hoy last summer lost a couple of stone but have had a drink every night for some 20 years. The wife has a glass of wine but i am not bothered normally have a bath full
