Seem more common these days, and are definitely there to be exploited.

Any decent ones been mentioned (other than Ba obviously) and do any of our players have them in their contracts that people have read in the press?

Not sure about us. Tends to be used if a club doesn't pay huge wages, to convince players who may normally be out of their league to play for them, but potentially move to a much bigger/wealthier club.
