Is he playing like englands best player or is he playing shit.
Do you have time to stick with players hoping they will get better.
Anyway its a well known thing england do and have always picked players for who they are not what they are doing.
Rooney has had 2 bad games, starting to loose it, and if doesnt go well on wednesday will probably get sent off.
So start him on the bench, theres plenty of other options. ( i'd pick crouch )
Also if you have 2 players that play the same position what do you do pick the one thats suits your team best, NO try and find a place for Gerrard and Lampard and to make it worse play the better out of position. Grow some balls and drop Lampard, and play Gerrard in the center with Barry
And whateva has happened with j.cole just play him.
Some people might say, oh you cant drop Rooney and Lampard
Well just carry on what your doing coz it going well aint it
Grow some balls Cappello

Get your facts right, I said you dont drop your
best player cos he is on a bad run.
He is still the most likely player to create that one piece of magic to get us out of this hole
Imagine Sunderland get to the FA cup final, weeks befroe the game Bent hits a shit spell, cant hit a barn door. Would you drop him for the final or would you put your arm round your best player and most likely scorer and tell him you have total faith in him and form is temporary but class is permanent
Would you drop Bent in them circumstances?
