Posting youtube videos in threads

Why does the youtube code work sometimes and other times it doesn't? There are various threads on the SMB board where posting youtube videos helps to add to the fun and yet quite often when I post it simply does not work.

The link appears but either side of the link is: [YOUTUBE] Link [/YOUTUBE]

It turns it into caps itself.

What's going on???

Delete the uk. out of the youtube addy and it should work.
