Yes, quite expensive, but well worth going to see. Goes into quite a bit of detail about early Beatles (obviously biased, as it was around Liverpool).

Would definitely recommend going, get the audio tour as well (not sure if you get it anyway on admission, but it is informative).

My youngest loves The Beatles so we are going to surprise him tomorrow by taking him there and staying in the Hard Days Night Hotel tomorrow night.

Aye, with being a Beatles fanatic myself I enjoyed it. What I thought was good, was the detail they went into from their early days and in Hamburg before they made it big. Not much of that is documented and the most people without good knowledge of The Beatles seem to think they started in 1963.

As mentioned before, get the audio to go with it as well if you don't already get it.

I really liked it, expensive but worth it. Think you can then use your ticket to get money off other attractions.

John was best by the way, Paul is a nasty little dwarf. After they split John wrote Imagine and Paul wrote the frog chorus. I rest my case

clutching at straws there i think , both paul and john wrote some stuff that was lets say 'different' as solo artists , to compare those two tracks is a really feeble comparison , beatles split in 1970 , imagine released in 1975 and we all stand together in 1984 so they werent exactly straight after the break up of the beatles.By the way John Lennon is 5'10" and paul mCcartney is 5'11" just thought id clear that up for you little boy.

Yes, well worth going - If it's any guide my daughter (who didn't really know who The Beatles were ) went through it without complaining.

What's the difference between a cow & The Beatles?
Scousers don't know how to milk a cow.

While in Liverpool have a ride on their "Duck Tour"...

    http://www.theyellowduckmarine.co.uk/

Its a ride in an old amphibious army vehicle and goes on land around the City Centre and then into the water at the Albert Dock. It was a right laugh when we did it.

I also did the one in Boston, USA in 2007 and that was even better!
