Me nana used to say this to me all the time, i kept telling her (because it's true) that it's good for your bones. And it was only a few weeks ago she read it in a magazine that it is in fact good for your bones, and she then decided to believe me.
I crack almost any bone i can, neck, elbow, shoulders, chest, fingers, knuckles, knees, ankles, back - feels amazing after.
