Just watched this earlier today. Found it very interesting how people doing the same job at the same level can be paid worlds apart.

If something like this were to happen in your workplace, would you declare your annual salary? Makes no end to me because I'm on minimum wage anyway at the minute but just wondered what those in full-time, salary-based employment thought about this.
