got one on me lappy, i think.internet explorer keeps opening windows,even though i use firefox,they open when internet is turned off too.Wot free stuff should i run?links would be class,sound

Restart in safemode with networking on

Download and install Malwarebytes
Update Malwarebytes
Full scan with Malwarebytes

Restart into normal mode when prompted.

Restart the lappy then when the initial loader screen comes up, keep hitting F8. If you end up in BIOS, exit out of it then keep hitting F8 again.
