    Teco Extra to be built in Roker, Vaux site to come to fruition.

    All since the tories came to power - they have to be linked

    i dont really agree with the conservatives policies but if they do something to directly benefit Sunderland as a city i will give them the credit they are due, im a Lib Dem boy but ill give them some time to do something before i criticise them.

    It will still be the biggest supermarket in Sunderland.

    We need more people like that on this forum - its great to have an opinion, but too many people on here flatly refuse to budge despite any changes over time.
