    Get a Chicken and joint the fucker.
    Coat Chicken in flour and brown it in olive oil, then hoy to one side.
    Fry onions garlic and smokey Bacon in the casserole dish.
    Add mushrooms, carrots, big dollop of Jam some orange zest and red wine, bring to the boil.
    Add the Chicken Stock made from the wings and carcass of the chuck from earlier.
    Hoy the chicken set aside earlier back in, cover then hoy it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
    Mak some dumplings and hoy them on top covered for 20 minutes then uncovered for another 10.
    Done.
