    Default Sunderland rock climbing.....

    Down at Pallion, Jesus there's some right nut cases climbing these walls, a few of them must be 90 metres high and they go up them like flies up a wall...

    good for kids parties my kid and mates had a good 2 hours there as part of her birthday the staff where great

    My kids have been going to 'Rock Monkeys' for a couple of years. They now climb on their own now. Love it

    climbed there for a couple of years when it first opened. some of the lads their are unbelievable. they host tournaments and that and some of the pro's are class

    my bairn started her climbing career there in Rock Monkeys at the age of 4.....caught the bug and now represents her country at climbing....

    Her and her mate were the youngest to climb the big wall (The Barrel) when they were 7/8

    It's a bloody marvellous wall and I wish we could have brought it to Ireland with us, you're so lucky !!!
