    I gave his dad a refund on a microwave today

    Canny bloke, was on the phone for ages talking about the match on Sunday and ended up talking about the upcoming Swansea V Cardiff game. Was more interesting than the usual customers I listen to.

    I don't care how pointless this thread is by the way

    how the bloody hell did you discover he was Joe Allen's dad? Do you sit and ask every customer if they're the fatha of Joe Allen or summit?

    Nar he recognised the accent, asked if I was SUnerland or Newcastle. Then mentioned his lad played football so I asked who it was.
