Just been speaking to a mate who knows quite a few of the Celtic staff .

He tells me that it is doing the rounds that Celtic are attempting to get Flash signed on a pre-contract agreement, effective from Jan.

Hope this isn't true as if we were to lose him I would hope we could get a fee.

They can't sign pre-contract agreements, or certainly i can't remember someone signing one whilst contracted to a club.

Kelvin wilson and adam matthews have both signed for celtic this year on pre-contracts. when both were playing for forest and cardiff

The fact you cant do this until 6 months before the end date tells me this story is bullshiiiiit.

Thats 'foreign teams'. English ones cant do it until a month before the end.

Celtic won't be able to afford his wages, especially if he's on a free (and expecting higher wages as a result).

As a bosman, he will have better offers from the Premier League tbh.
