Olive oil shots

Anyone do this? Sounds wrong in so many ways but apparently is a fairly common way of getting easy fats and calories. no way id do it like.

I add a sprinkle on scrambled egg on toast with a bit black pepper, wouldnt dream on having it neat.

Na I hit my fats fairly easily, but I'd much, much, much rather add the olive oil to some food or use it to prepare some food in.

Just the same as taking Castor Oil in the old days shirley. Only they took it for constipation or skin problems, rather than macros

why not just have a small salad with the same amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar? same benefit, a little bit more nutrition, not disgusting.
